How to complain to SHEIN UK and request a ticket review
Create a personalised complaint letter asking for the outcome that fits your case — such as a refund, replacement or compensation where appropriate.
ParcelClaim is independent and is not SHEIN. You can use the official complaint and support routes directly for free.

Customer Service and tickets
SHEIN’s UK ticket guide directs signed-in customers to Customer Service, then Contact Agent and Submit A Ticket where offered. It says you can add replies and check updates in My Tickets.
Official complaint portal
The How do I file a complaint? FAQ links the Customer Service complaint portal. Follow that official link while using your UK account.
UK marketplace operator contact
SHEIN’s UK terms list ukcsteam@shein.com as the operator’s email. The purchase seller and platform operator have different roles; this is not a separately named escalation team.
Step 1: make the initial complaint
Identify the affected order and seller before starting the ticket. SHEIN’s UK terms describe a marketplace with professional sellers, including affiliates and third parties; do not assume the platform operator sold every item.
- Choose the category closest to the complaint and identify the item or parcel.
- Describe the answer or action you are disputing, with the date of earlier contact.
- Save the ticket ID and a copy of the submitted message.
For an order with several items, separate a complaint about missing contents from one about an authorised return. Keep your wording short enough to fit the ticket while retaining a fuller record of events.
Step 2: request review if unresolved
Use My Tickets to add the unresolved point and supporting evidence to the existing exchange. Ask Customer Service to review the answer or pass the question to an appropriate colleague. That is a practical request: the cited UK complaint FAQ and ticket guide do not name a separate escalation team.
For a complaint about platform handling, the operator contact published in the UK terms is also available. State the ticket ID and distinguish support handling from the seller’s product or refund decision. No personal response from a senior employee or fixed complaint outcome is promised here.
Information and evidence to have ready
- Order number, item reference and seller shown on the purchase.
- Ticket ID, previous answer and dates of contact.
- Relevant parcel tracking, package photographs or return evidence.
- Refund confirmation and the amount disputed, with a clear reason for seeking review.
SHEIN parcel, order and refund complaints
- Delivered status disputed: see SHEIN delivered-but-missing help for the parcel issue, then explain why the support answer is insufficient.
- Part of an order missing: list the absent items; missing-item guidance helps with evidence.
- Return or refund dispute: identify the seller, authorisation and refund record. If the return parcel has disappeared, see lost-return help.
- Damage during delivery: retain packaging photographs; see damaged-parcel guidance.
