Refund Policy
ParcelClaim sells instant digital document-generation products. Once a customer pays and the full letter is unlocked or downloaded, the digital content is supplied immediately.
Digital content and cancellation rights
By purchasing a ParcelClaim letter, you agree that the digital content will be supplied immediately. You also acknowledge that once the full letter is unlocked, generated, copied, or downloaded, you lose your right to cancel the purchase.
For that reason, we do not usually offer refunds once the full letter has been unlocked, generated, copied, or downloaded.
Technical problems
If you pay but cannot access, generate, copy, or download your letter because of a technical fault, email us at info@parcelclaim.co.uk within 7 days of purchase.
If we can verify the issue, we will either help you access your letter, regenerate the letter, or provide a refund where appropriate.
Duplicate payments
If you accidentally pay twice for the same letter, contact us at info@parcelclaim.co.uk. Where we can verify a duplicate payment, we will refund the duplicate charge.
No guaranteed outcome
ParcelClaim provides self-help template letters and document generation only. We do not guarantee that a retailer, seller, courier, payment provider, or court will accept your claim or provide compensation.
