Nike Parcel Not Delivered: What to Do if Your Nike Order Has Not Arrived
Nike says multiple-item orders may arrive in multiple deliveries. A tracking delay, part-delivery problem and delivered-but-missing dispute all need different evidence, so check Nike Order Status and each courier tracking link before escalating.
| Nike delivery problem | What to do now |
|---|---|
| Nike order has not arrived | Save Nike Order Status, tracking, estimated delivery date and contact Nike if the date has passed. |
| Tracking not updating | Nike says carrier tracking may take up to 48 hours to activate. Save screenshots and check again. |
| Only part of order arrived | Check whether Nike sent multiple deliveries. Save photos of packaging and order status. |
| Nike says delivered but no parcel | Wait/check for 24 hours if appropriate, then contact Nike and save delivery proof, photo, safe-place or signature evidence. |
Open the courier’s own tracking page and save it. The courier page may show the delivery photo, signature, safe-place note, attempted delivery, collection point, or a more detailed scan history than Nike Order Status.
A strong complaint should include your Nike order number, courier tracking, delivery estimate, proof issue, Nike support messages, photos and the refund or replacement you want.
Start My Nike Missing Parcel Letter One-time £2.99 · No subscription · Instant documentA Nike parcel not delivered dispute often involves trainers, clothing, limited-release items, football boots, gym gear, personalised products or part-delivered orders. The order may be shipped in more than one package, and Nike may rely on the courier’s tracking page if the parcel is marked delivered.
Your evidence should show the exact problem: no delivery yet, tracking stuck, only part of the order arrived, wrong delivery proof, unsafe safe-place delivery, unknown signature, or a courier scan that does not show delivery to you.
First checks if your Nike order has not arrived
- Open Nike Order Status. Members can check order history. Guests can use Nike.com/orders with the order number and email address.
- Screenshot your order. Save order number, items, delivery address, estimated delivery date and order status.
- Open the courier tracking page. Nike says tracking shows the estimated delivery date, courier and tracking number after dispatch.
- Check for multiple deliveries. Nike says if you ordered multiple items, you may receive multiple deliveries.
- Check your email. Save Nike confirmation, dispatch, delivery, delay or courier emails.
- Check the package locations. Doorstep, porch, letterbox, safe place, neighbours, reception, communal areas or pickup point.
- Contact Nike. If the delivery date has passed, tracking is wrong, or proof is disputed, contact Nike and ask for a refund, replacement or carrier investigation.
- Escalate if unresolved. Written complaint, chargeback, Section 75 or letter before action may be relevant depending on payment and facts.
Where to find Nike order tracking
Nike says members can sign in and go to order history, or check order status in the Nike App. If you shopped as a guest, Nike says you can access order status at Nike.com/orders using your order number and email address.
After dispatch, Nike says you can tap “Track Delivery” to see the estimated delivery date, courier and tracking number. Save both the Nike page and the courier’s own tracking page.
Nike tracking not updating
Nike says carrier tracking information sometimes does not populate immediately and can take up to 48 hours to activate. If the tracking has only just been created, screenshot it and check again later.
If tracking still has not updated after that, or the estimated delivery date has passed, ask Nike whether the parcel has actually been handed to the carrier, whether the courier has delayed it, or whether Nike can open a carrier investigation.
Use the matching guide if the courier is clear:
- Evri tracking not updating
- Royal Mail tracking not updating
- DPD tracking not updating
- Yodel tracking not updating
- InPost tracking not updating
- DHL tracking not updating
- Parcelforce tracking not updating
Nike order delayed past the estimated delivery date
Nike says you will see an estimated delivery date during checkout, in your order confirmation email and when you track the order after dispatch. Because it is an estimate, the order may arrive shortly before or shortly after that date.
If the estimate has passed and the parcel has not arrived, contact Nike. Ask whether the order is delayed, lost, returned, still with the courier, or eligible for refund or replacement.
Only part of your Nike order arrived
Nike says if an item is missing from your delivery, first check order status because multiple-item orders may arrive in multiple deliveries and the missing item may arrive separately. If all deliveries have arrived and an item is still missing, Nike says to contact them.
Save photos of:
- the outer packaging;
- labels and tracking number;
- contents inside the parcel;
- packing slip or delivery note; and
- your Nike order page showing all items ordered.
Use our missing item from parcel or part of order missing guide if the issue is missing items rather than a fully missing parcel.
Nike says delivered but you have no parcel
Nike says carrier tracking can sometimes update prematurely and your package could be delivered within 24 hours. If it has been more than 24 hours, or if it is past your estimated delivery date, Nike says to contact them for help.
When you contact Nike, save the delivered scan, delivery time, courier proof, photo, signature, safe-place note, neighbour note or GPS/location wording. Explain whether the proof is missing, wrong, unclear, unsafe or not linked to your address.
Use our parcel marked delivered but not received, tracking says delivered but no proof, or delivery photo not my house guide if the dispute is about proof.
Nike delivery photo, safe place or wrong-address problem
If the courier delivery photo does not show your home, take comparison photos of your own door, flat, hallway, building entrance or safe place. If the parcel was left in a safe place, ask whether you authorised that location and whether it was secure.
For trainer boxes or branded parcels, doorstep and communal-area deliveries can be risky. If the parcel was left visible, exposed or in a shared area, explain why that was not an agreed or secure place.
Use parcel left in safe place but missing, parcel stolen from doorstep, or parcel stolen from communal hallway depending on the facts.
What if Nike tells you to contact the courier?
It can be useful to check the courier tracking, but keep Nike involved. Citizens Advice says if the seller used the courier, the seller should chase the courier and it is not your responsibility. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says goods remain at the trader’s risk until they come into your physical possession or the possession of someone identified by you.
Use our retailer says contact the courier guide if the issue becomes circular.
Can you use chargeback or Section 75 for a missing Nike order?
Chargeback may help if Nike does not resolve a non-delivered order and you paid by debit or credit card. Your bank will usually want evidence that you paid, that the item was not delivered, that you contacted Nike, and that Nike failed to resolve it.
Section 75 may be relevant if the cash price was over £100 and not more than £30,000, and you paid directly by credit card. This can matter for larger Nike orders, limited-release trainers or multiple-item purchases. Use our chargeback for missing parcel and Section 75 missing parcel guides before contacting your bank.

| Nike Order Status screenshot | Shows item, status, estimated delivery date and order details. |
| Courier tracking screenshot | Shows last scan, delay, delivered status or delivery attempt. |
| Delivery photo/signature/safe-place note | Useful if Nike or the courier says the order was delivered. |
| Packaging and contents photos | Useful if only part of the Nike order arrived or an item is missing. |
| Nike chat or phone reference | Shows Nike was contacted and what was promised or refused. |
| CCTV or doorbell footage | Can show whether the courier attended or whether no parcel was left. |
| Payment proof | Useful for chargeback, Section 75 or bank escalation. |
