What changed from Yodel to InPost?
Old Yodel references
Your retailer, historic tracking email, parcel number or previous support conversation may still say Yodel or Yodel by InPost. Keep those records as evidence.
Current support route
From 17 July 2026, current tracking and parcel management moved under InPost. The InPost app and website now handle home-delivery tracking, delivery preferences and support.
Who should you contact?
If a retailer or marketplace arranged the delivery, use current InPost tracking to understand what happened, but keep the retailer or marketplace involved. If the parcel is missing, damaged or disputed, ask the party that arranged the delivery to investigate and give you a clear order outcome.
If you bought the shipping label yourself, the current InPost support or claims route may apply directly to you. InPost says parcels bought through its app include standard loss/damage cover, while parcels bought through a retailer, marketplace or another third party should normally be taken back to that third party for claims or compensation questions.
